  • Sound Serenity Gong Sound Baths

    Gong Sound Therapy is a unique experience for each person. You will hear the tones and feel the vibrations in your own way as you are bathed in sound, leaving you relaxed with a sense of renewal. 

    The harmonics of rhythmic patterns are felt throughout the body like a massage at a deep cellular level. 

    Julia uses Tibetan cymbals, Japanese wind chimes and other percussion instruments at the start and end of a session which eases the body’s integration with the sounds of the gong.

  • Wessex Yoga

    Wessex Yoga welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness.  Although we are a British Wheel of Yoga class, we also practise Dru Yoga.
    In Dru Yoga, joints are kept relaxed and soft during movement (as in tai chi), and this creates flexibility and a free flow of subtle energy. 
    Breath work is also practised and the students enjoy a relaxation at the end of every class.

  • Hatha Yoga 🙏🏼

    Yoga is mindful movement and breathing. Regular practice promotes a greater sense of wellbeing which can help to restore peace and calm in our lives.

    Hatha Yoga consists of postures and breath control. The Yoga postures help build strength and stamina as well as increasing flexibility. Through the use of the breath in breathing exercises and by linking breath with movement you can begin to clear the mind and promote a greater physical and mental vitality. This class is open to everyone. All levels and experience welcome.

  • Pilates

    A Pilates class with an emphasis on functional mobility and strengthening.  Sessions cost £10 but are paid in advance as blocks of classes, ranging from 5 to 7 classes per block.

  • Gentle Yoga

    A gentle yoga class with a mix of slow movement, rejuvenating breathing and a deep guided relaxation to restore and energise you. If you have always wanted to learn to relax but been nervous about trying out a yoga class this is the session for you. The class is open to all and no prior experience of yoga is needed.
