Help support your village hall and have a little fun in at the same time.   

Our 201 Club runs eleven monthly draws starting in September, giving you the chance to win generous cash prizes. December even includes a special double‑value Christmas Draw. All of this is yours for just £26 per share. 

 

This year, the Hall faces some particularly big expenses: new lighting, a car park extension, new fire doors, and plans for a kitchen upgrade — on top of the usual costs of caring for a 100‑year‑old building. Hire fees only cover a small portion of what’s needed, so your support really does make a difference.

 Motcombe Village Hall and its field are held in Trust for the community and managed by a Board of Trustees. The Hall is entirely self‑funding, relying on hire fees and a number of special fundraising events throughout the year to keep the building and grounds in good shape for everyone to enjoy. 

 

The Hall Management Committee looks after maintenance and fundraising, including the 201 Club, the Motcombe Music Festival in June, and a variety of other community events.
