We are a small, friendly informal group and the only prerequisite is you you enjoy singing for fun. No auditions necessary. We welcome new members if space allows. Garden Club
Motcombe gardening club has meetings at Motcombe Village Hall at 19.30 on the 1st Wednesday 11 months of the year. An ideal place to meet other Motcombe gardeners, new members are most welcome. There is an annual subscription of £15.
We have 2 shows each year, the Spring Show in April for members only and then the Summer Show on the 1st Saturday in August (open to all). We have speakers on various subjects during the year, and sometimes we organise a trip to a special garden. Membership includes a discount at two local garden centres. Merry Muddlers
Merry Muddlers is a group of people, who meet in the Village Hall every alternate Monday evening 8pm. - 9.30pm. to have a very informal attempt at country dancing. The group has been in existence for almost 40 yrs. without any discernible improvement in expertise, the main objective being to have an enjoyable fun evening. No experience or partner required.
