Pound Fitness and B'Active with Hayley
Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates. Inspired moves using ripstixs and an exercise mat, also B’Active with Hayley which is a little body conditioning with small weights and resistance bands along the way. Jazzercise
Jazzercise is a fun dance/cardio/strength based class suitable for all ages (from 14). We run for one hour. Requirements are comfortable gym clothing, trainers, a yoga mat and hand weights if people have them or we can loan these items. All the routines are physiologically choreographed and our instructors trained to present the classes.
