  • Pound Fitness and B'Active with Hayley

    Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun.  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and Pilates.  Inspired moves using ripstixs and an exercise mat, also B’Active with Hayley which is a little body conditioning with small weights and resistance bands along the way.  Contact Hayley for more details.

    Spaces are available for classes and cost £6.00.

  • Jazzercise

    Jazzercise is a fun dance/cardio/strength based class suitable for all ages (from 14).  We run for one hour.  Requirements are comfortable gym clothing, trainers, a yoga mat and hand weights if people have them or we can loan these items.  All the routines are physiologically choreographed and our instructors trained to present the classes.  Classes are £8.00 pay-as-you-go, but other payment options are available once people feel they can commit.
